Each day the children of Year 1 will reinforce the British value of Democracy. We will participate in a democratic vote to decide which story we would most like to hear in the afternoon. Every child is entitled to a vote and then observes as they are counted fairly to decide upon the winner. Together we then enjoy the story, accepting the fact that our choice of book may not have been chosen for today. Here are today’s choices.
